Studio 202 - Prime Location

Great location, unfortunately a small room lacking cleanliness or appropriate maintenance cleaning materials, and advert Positive: Location was the winner here. Negative: Internet or lack of made the tv buffer - unable to watch a movie until the last night. When approaching staff in reception to have this rectified, the staff stated “your room is an air bnb and the internet is a body corporate issue - nothing I can do”. The male older staff member was rude and obnoxious and had absolutely nil interest in assisting. Unable to use the tv for any purpose for the duration of the stay which was disappointing as I was travelling with my children so a movie at night would have been great for them. The room was also incredibly dirty under the bed and sofa - which became apparent as we moved things to make beds etc. there was no broom available in the room to manage the room over the stay - there was a small dust pan which resulted in us having to clean the floors on hands and knees. The second floor smelled very badly of cigarette smoke when exiting the room or elevator.

Comfortable stay in a good location. Positive: The hosts were easy to communicate with, the bed was comfortable. Negative: A couple of issues needed attention. The Strand can be noisy at times.

Positive: Great location Negative: The room is not clean; it needs vacuuming and mopping. No spray towels or bedsheets are needed.

Positive: Location Negative: Both key fobs failed and had to wait for someone to call us back and got caught in the rain trying to open the key box

Fantastic location on The Strand. Close to cafes and shops. Gorgeous view of the sea and lovely swimming pool. While not new, the building is well kept and the apartment itself was clean and well presented. We would definitely stay here again.
