Studio 202 - Prime Location

Great location, unfortunately a small room lacking cleanliness or appropriate maintenance cleaning materials, and advert Positive: Location was the winner here. Negative: Internet or lack of made the tv buffer - unable to watch a movie until the last night. When approaching staff in reception to have this rectified, the staff stated “your room is an air bnb and the internet is a body corporate issue - nothing I can do”. The male older staff member was rude and obnoxious and had absolutely nil interest in assisting. Unable to use the tv for any purpose for the duration of the stay which was disappointing as I was travelling with my children so a movie at night would have been great for them. The room was also incredibly dirty under the bed and sofa - which became apparent as we moved things to make beds etc. there was no broom available in the room to manage the room over the stay - there was a small dust pan which resulted in us having to clean the floors on hands and knees. The second floor smelled very badly of cigarette smoke when exiting the room or elevator.

Comfortable room. Curtains need fixing as a few of the hooks were broken stopping us from shutting out the morning light. Birds nest in the air conditioning unit on the balcony.

Great studio apartment, spacious enough for 1-2 people. Really convenient location and I would happily stay there again.

Great location and view. Room was small, but clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location of this apartment is in prime position with anything along the strand, making easy and very accessible to get anywhere quickly. The host of this apartment was easy to communicate with and answered any questions of inquiry.
