Tropical Retreat 1406

Excellent location, very clean and comfy. I’d definitely stay here again. Positive: The location to the ferry and island busses was outstanding. So easy to get to and then travel round the island. Well designed and spacious and easily room for 5 guests. Negative: The bathroom could do with some love, but this was only a minor details.

Positive: Loved the bathtub in main room and loved that i didn't have to share bathroom with kids. Also the fact i had a washing machine and dryer. Loved that the pool was so close to our room and the rooms seemed noise proof as I didn't hear noise from anywhere else. Everything was fantastic actually. Negative: I recently received an email from you charging me and extra $275 because the the beds were moved and the windows had to be done. Well sorry but we had 3 children with us that obviously touched windows and wanted to sleep beside each other, if this was not allowed it should have been specified. It only said take rubbish out and do dishes which was done. Also the cleaners were at our room at 9:55 hurrying us up, then inside cleaning before we were even out, surely they could have started on another room 1st. I'm aware we had to be out by 10am but they were very rude.

Lovely! Positive: The location and layout was great Negative: Would have loved a little information about the place - pool, gym locations etc, places to eat. Clearer instructions on how to get to the actual unit. We do didn’t know which building our room was and had to walk right in to the undercover car parks to find any room numbers.
