Mandalay Paradise Apartment - Unit 141

Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool, garden area Negative: Need name of apartments and street number on front wall. Very hard to find our unit, as it was for other guests when we arrived. No reception, because of this you need a large map in reception area so we can see where our room is. Your e mail told us room 41 when it was 141

Disappointing to see venue not up to memories of previous visit. Place needs an urgent spruce up. Positive: No meals available on site, Swim pool area good, nice gardens. Negative: Car park well away from unit making it difficult to move luggage. Luggage trollies damages and difficult to manourver. Neighbours smoked on their verandah resulting in smoke spreading to our verandah ( understood no smoking within 5 m. of buildings). No venue staff around to answer questions etc. Single blanket on main bed - too small to be of any value.
